Two Hygienist Positions Practice Expansion

Richardson DMD is hiring two Dental Hygienists to join our growing private practice in Homer, Alaska. We are a family-oriented dental practice founded by Dr. Bill Richardson in 2016, and we recently moved into a brand new building designed to support excellent care, efficient workflow, and a positive team environment. What We Offer

Pay starting at $65/hour
$8,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year contract
Flexible scheduling: 1–4 hygiene days per week

Hygienists work alongside an experienced full-time hygienist and friendly, knowledgeable dental assistants. Appointment lengths range from 40 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the patient’s age and procedure. Dr. Richardson is patient when questions come up and values doing things carefully and well.
