Richardson DMD is growing, and we are currently hiring two Dental Hygienists and one Associate Dentist to join our practice in Homer, Alaska.

Two Hygienist Positions  Practice Expansion

Richardson DMD is hiring two Dental Hygienists to join our growing private practice in Homer, Alaska. We are a family-oriented dental practice founded by Dr. Bill Richardson in 2016, and we recently moved into a brand new building designed to support excellent care, efficient workflow, and a positive team environment. If you are looking for a modern office, a supportive setting, and the chance to live in one of Alaska’s most beautiful communities, this may be the opportunity you have been looking for.

 

We welcome both new graduates and experienced hygienists.
 

What We Offer

  • Pay starting at $65/hour

  • $8,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year contract

  • Flexible scheduling: 1–4 hygiene days per week

Hygienists work alongside an experienced full-time hygienist and friendly, knowledgeable dental assistants. Appointment lengths range from 40 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the patient’s age and procedure. Dr. Richardson is patient when questions come up and values doing things carefully and well.
